Remark:

      1. Booking deposit RM300 – EXCLUDED from total rent price. (RM150 from the deposit is refundable. RM150 will act as mandatory cleaning fee).  RM150 deposit burned if:
        • Event space damages, broken goods/cutlery, PA system, stationeries (markers, whiteboard, etc)
        • Additional charges will be charged for the goods broken, according to the market price of the goods respectively.
      2. Outside catering will be charged RM300. Buffet style (food serving by staff) will be charged RM1/pax.
      3. Additional RM100 for Meeting Room and RM100 for Brainstorming Room.
        • Additional hours (from 9am – 5pm) will be charged RM100/hour (Weekday) and RM150/hour (Weekend).
        • Additional hours (from 5pm – 12am) will be charged RM140/hour (Weekday) and RM190/hour (Weekend).
        • Additional hours (from 12am onward) will be charged RM150/hour (Weekday) and RM200/hour (Weekend).
      4. 50% payment – 2 days before the event date. Last minute cancellation will cause the 50% payment to not be returned.
      5. 50% balance payment – on the event date.
      6. We strictly have a NO alcohol policy for our space.
